Wedding Packages and Pricing
We do not sell one fixed package, because no two Lahore weddings have the same guest list, hall or budget. What we do is publish honest starting points so you know where you stand before you call. Everything below is indicative, quoted per head or per event, and confirmed in writing once we know your venue, date and guest count.

What Moves the Price
Four things decide your final number. Guest count, because staffing and cooking scale with it. Menu composition, because a mutton main and three BBQ items cost more than a single chicken dish. Decor scale, because a full floral backdrop with imported flowers is a different budget to a draped fabric stage. And venue, because some halls include tables, chairs and basic lighting while others hand you an empty floor. Tell us these four and we can quote accurately on the first call instead of revising three times.

Essential Package
For families who want a clean, correct event without extras. A single-dish menu with salad, raita, bread and one dessert. A draped stage with a floral backdrop and two seats. Standard chairs with covers and sashes, round tables with cloths, basic hall uplighting and service staff for the sitting. This is the tier most Lahore families book for a nikah, a mayun or a smaller walima. Indicative catering starts from around PKR 900 to 1,400 per head with decor quoted as a separate lump sum for the event.

Premium Package
Our most requested tier for barat and walima. A two or three item menu with a rice, a gravy and a BBQ, plus a dessert table. A larger stage with a fresh floral wall, a sofa or throne seating, an entrance archway and aisle treatment. Upgraded chairs, better linen, chandeliers or hanging installations, uplighting through the hall and a lit exterior entrance. Indicative catering in this tier runs around PKR 1,500 to 2,400 per head, with decor priced by the scale of the floral and lighting work.

Signature Package
Full production for a large barat or a themed wedding. Custom stage design, heavy fresh florals, imported chairs such as Italian or acrylic, mirrored or glass tables, layered lighting design, a dance floor, live counters through the evening and a dedicated event manager on site from setup to teardown. Menus at this level typically start from around PKR 2,500 per head and go up with mutton, seafood and multiple live counters. Decor is designed and costed per event because nothing here is off the shelf.

How Booking Works
You call or WhatsApp us with your date, venue and rough guest count. We meet, either at our office at 8 CCA DHA Phase 5 or at your venue, and walk through decor and menu. We send a written quotation with a line by line breakdown, not a single number. On agreement we take an advance to block the date and order flowers and rentals, with the balance settled before or on the event day as agreed. Final guest count is confirmed roughly seventy two hours before, since that is what we cook to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you publish fixed package prices?
We publish indicative starting points, not fixed packages. Flower prices move with the season, venues differ in what they include, and guest counts change everything. Any figure we put on this page is a starting range; your written quotation is the real number.
What advance do you take?
An advance is required to block your date and to place flower and rental orders. The amount depends on the scale of the booking and is stated clearly in your written quotation, along with the balance schedule. Nothing is taken verbally.
Can we book only catering or only decor?
Yes. Many clients already have a hall with decor included and only need catering, or have a family caterer and want us for stage and lighting. We quote each independently. Booking both usually works out better on coordination and cost.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding season in Lahore, roughly October to March, book two to three months ahead. Off season, four to six weeks is usually enough. Very large barats and custom floral designs need longer because the flowers are ordered ahead.
