Attach any reference images you have saved. We reply with an indicative range and a suggested time to meet. If your date is inside four weeks, call rather than email, since peak season dates move quickly.
Visit Our Office
Our office is at 8 CCA, DHA Phase 5, Lahore. We also operate at J5 Resort, Raiwind Road, Lahore. Come and see chair samples, linen swatches, floral references and photographs of past setups in person, which is far more useful than scrolling images on a phone. Bring whoever is deciding, usually the parents, so you are not carrying the discussion home and starting again.
Areas We Cover
We work across Lahore: DHA Phases 1 to 8, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Raiwind Road, Cantt, Askari, Wapda Town, Valencia, Faisal Town and Garden Town, plus farmhouses and private lawns on the city outskirts. We cater in marquees, banquet halls, hotel lawns, farmhouses and private residences. If your venue sits outside these areas, ask us; we travel for larger bookings.
What to Have Ready
To get a useful answer on the first call, have four things ready. Your event date, or the two or three dates you are choosing between. Your venue, or the shortlist of halls you are considering. Your expected guest count, even approximate. And your budget per head, or a total budget for the event. With those four we can tell you honestly what is achievable, and where we would spend your money for the biggest visible difference.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

Do you charge for a consultation?
No. The first meeting and site discussion are free, whether at our office in DHA Phase 5 or at your venue. You only commit anything once you accept a written quotation and place an advance to block the date.
Do you handle events outside Lahore?
Our base and stock are in Lahore and that is where we work best. For larger bookings in nearby cities we do travel, with transport and logistics costed into the quotation. Ask us with your location and scale and we will tell you honestly if it is workable.
How quickly can you arrange an event?
With enough notice we prefer two to three months in peak season, roughly October to March. That said we have delivered on short notice many times. Call us with the date and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it properly, rather than accepting and cutting corners.
